RVNC—Any thoughts on why they are doing this now after just having raised cash a few months ago?

The private investors may have approached RVNC and offered what RVNC considers cheap capital. I can’t really say more until we know the conversion price.

My best-guess answer is the same as what I posted yesterday: that private investors approached RVNC and offered what RVNC considers cheap capital.
