I have posted here I dont know how many times... I am affiliated with an OTCQB stock, wont say which..So I know how posting on the OTC works and they have had access to the OTC since the day the merger was completed..which was back in Oct according to the Line email Smilin got... they have had access since they updated the officers... its not a big deal... its a simple log in. They can post the Q at any time and because its not an audited financial they dont even need to submit thru Edgar which makes it even simpler.
There is a corporate reason this has not been done...our hope is that when they do post it they post the reason why they have waited and its a monster reason that will sky rocket the PPS... if they post the Q3 report and all it has in it is what David Lazar put in the 3 years worth of filings he put up then you can count on this trading at 002 by the end of the day its filed.
I am betting it will have block buster news in the business plan section of the filing or a PR will be released along with the Q3
