The FDA complaint appears to be resolved, the rent issue in Florida appears to be well on it’s way to being resolved according to the Broward County Clerk website and the SEC complaint has the motion to dismiss still on the table per the latest pacer update. Hopefully a positive resolution for nphc On the horizon!
