You forget one salient fact. Clinton lied under oath. That is not "technically" perjury. It is perjury.
Had clinton refused to testify under oath, and refused all document releases, he probably could have pulled a trump. But he didn't, he believes in the rule of law.

I agree that Clinton being unfaithful to Hillary was not a crime. In fact I understand it. LOL!! But, you seem to be under the impression that he was impeached for being unfaithful to Hillary. He was impeached for lying under oath and obstruction. But not convicted, even though there was documented evidence of both crimes.
Trump committed no crimes. The aid was released prior to the required release date. And the crime of seeking foreign interference in an election was a farce and narrative constructed for those that hate Trump and easily believe such nonsense. Perhaps the whole thing would have been more convincing if Sghiff would have hired Avenatti to trot out Swetinick with some outrageous claims.
