First, you thanked me for my service for being in the US Air Force. Thanks. I'm very fortunate to be alive due to a situation I got caught up in over in Iraq years ago that I thought such would never happen to little old me. So please understand, I'm just glad that I am alive. Some of my military experiences helped me to be humble when posting within the forums to make sure to not take anything personal and to try to have a forgiving heart. So please understand, I have no ill will towards you. My apology if anything I had stated came across as such. Your concerns that you have here with PNNX are not valid to me, but they are valid to you which is why I think those here within the forum should be able to discuss such through logical deduction. In the end, everyone must make their own decision.

I must say too that I do value my integrity and always have. When you post the website of Stock Puke and post here within the forum as if what that website was claiming was true, then such must be discussed here within the forum. That website accused me and the rest of the Moderators here within the forum to have hijacked PNNX. That is 100% false and misleading. It makes me not sure how to take such for being sincere or not with simply an intent to attack one's character. You tell me... How should one take such if one knew that such an accusation was 100% false?

Second, you stated that it takes a few hours for State records to be updated. I'm surprised that you are not aware that it takes different amount of times per each SOS per state for each company per their own existing reasons. I will admit that it shouldn't take months. Vincent Risalvato became the CEO of PNNX months ago and we should have seen the change back in Nov 2019 at the latest. Somehow, those guys just simply dropped the ball on that, but the beauty about such is that all they need to do is simply get it done and there will be no damage done. Based on what I have learned, the paperwork was submitted over a week ago. Based on how the process is with the PA SOS, I suspect that we should see it updated today or early next week.

Third, regarding Joseph Candito, anything he does to help the company is simply gravy. Joseph Candito is neither an Officer nor Director here with PNNX. Him being sued by Sbarro has no bearing here with PNNX.

I would like to add some other thoughts that were concerning to me regarding PNNX. I too believe that the video was not professional and that the websites are very elementary at best. Based on what I have learned, there will be a new video and new websites that are coming to replace the old.

Something else I think is important to note...

I’m not here because of whatever company was sold to Paul Allen, Co-founder of Microsoft. None of that has anything to do with the price of tea in China. None of that will have anything to do with what the company is doing now. None of that has anything to do with the revenues that are expected to be coming into the company. So really, I never gave it that much attention to research much further as I did recently. From my earlier notes though, I had some of the same thoughts that you had, but then I had them answered to my liking after doing further research. I think PNNX is good to go and I believe that you will become a shareholder as more of the dust is cleared for you. I think the company is going earn its credibility from you and those that share your same sentiments in the near future.
