Since we are playing the game- " name that financier(s) for NioCorp " -I'll throw my hat in the ring and say - the "Carlyle/Traxys Group", as they were a major component in funding the (Project Phoenix Mine) 10 years ago...and Smih had a close and trusting relationship with them before, notwithstanding the fact Traxys has a Scandium offtake with NioCorp already...That's my guess
