To be fair, there was a hint of an explanation

Mark stated as a hint NioCorp has been in discussions for a couple of years with a singular entity for commercial terms, but it’s difficult to get multiple money lenders on the same page at the same time.
I’m paraphrasing, but that was the inference I got.

Also a few years ago I remember him saying equity wants debt to go first and debt wants equity to go first.
That could also be part of the issue
