You do realize this has been the MO for the past few days. A decent surge and then a fight to get to that beginning top price. Yesterday we shot past .27 and then had to fight .26 to get back there. Today we broke .28 ... and will probably beat it just before or after the 24 hour mark. Just because we are holding .27 doesn't mean the bottom is going to drop out.
