why would it get into a deal with HYSR? - assuming HYSR can actually produce anything more than a test tube of gas a day every day for more than 6 years?
Walmart has a contract with PLUG to provide fuel cells for its forklift trucks including all necessary infrastructure they pay a monthly fee per truck - or something very much like that
