You have the name of the accounting firm auditing the financials. You got that information from Petar, the former CEO.

That IS inside information. It is not available to other investors.

Why Wessal has sold out their shares(assuming they exist and they had some shares)

Why PETAR doesn't own any shares at all?

Why they've bought SAM for just 500 000$ or about 1/12 sales?

However...in reference to the NOBO list from which it was ascertained partysasquatch's ownership of SLJB shares at different times...
isn't a NOBO list furnished exclusively to corporations that request it ? If so, how is the information in the NOBO not inside information - unless furnished to the public which would seem (to me) to be a breech of confidential information
without the permission of those on the NOBO.
Seems to me specific NOBO information is inside information or at the very least confidential, personal information that corporate managers shouldn't be sharing.
I'd appreciate your take on my thoughts.
