I predict they'll launch server first. AMD has been fairly consistent in prioritizing DP servers with every single one of their major releases. They will have 2xx parts first, followed by enthusiast desktop, followed by 1xx and 8xx servers, followed by mobile. That has been their traditional pattern (Sledgehammer before Clawhammer, Troy/Athens before Newcastle, and Egypt before Toledo; only recently did they delay the socket F based Santa Rosa and launch the socket AM2 based Windsor first, and some have speculated that this was due to a package readiness problem, not an issue with the core). Of course, in this case, mobile and desktop volume parts won't come until they have their dual core chop of the quad core part, and *that* might in fact get delayed until 2008.
