CEO not qualified to run lemonade stand.. this guy has a history of demonstrating a lack of financial responsibility. BANKRUPTCY FORECLOSURE Suspended brokers license...no real company would ever hired him for any financial responsibility to the public. This shell is just a game for him to play. Just look at all the fake deals he has made. Just looked how he filed reverse split causing MASSIVE SELLOFF and tanking this ticker allowing insiders to gobble up cheap shares...im just waiting for the SEC to shut this ticker down.
