There is zero fraud. There is some legacy information that is connected to the OLD Pennex Food Company. That information has to be corrected\updated through the state in which the company is incorporated. In this case PA. That work is in progress and admittedly probably should have been handled sooner. This will ALL being updated and will be reflected as soon as it gets through the states process's. SOONER vs later. Few naysayers out there trying to stir the pot. Doesn't take too much to move a thinly traded stock in either direction.
