$ONCI an obvious SCAM, going on 4 yrs!

It took me until Nov ‘17 to clearly see Berman for the FRAUDULENT CONMAN that he is, but all those bogus NDAs & his complete inability to verify ANY deals or sales were massive red flags then, and continue to be now.
