I doubt the pending REVERSE SPLIT is helping sell shares of CANB right now.

If Canb was a profitable company, they could buy back or retire shares. Unfortunately, they rely on dilution and selling shares to stay afloat. They have to do a r/s to stay under the authorized share count. Unless they can become profitable, the dilution will only continue after the split.

CANB is in a very unique position to be the first CBD Oil stock to trade on the Nasdaq as they’re the only Pure CBD (CBD Isolate) Oil stock, but the only way for CANB to accomplish this is with an RS to meet the minimum share price requirement.

With Banking and CBD Legalization passing, Nasdaq will accept CBD stocks that make products without THC.

Regardless, of RS or not, CANB will be a top % gainer when the CBD sector turns around. I continue to buy all dips and hold my shares tight. All evidence points to Pure CBD being the first formulation to be allowed to sell nationally.
