I agree this isn’t ideal, but a lot of company’s out there find ways to make profits with what they have to work with. There are others that point blame. I am sure there any even others....
That would be the answer across the country. Test the product on arrival. The roll out has been poor on so many levels Canada is losing its first mover advantage. Bernie is vowing to legalize with the stroke of a pen if he gets elected and then it is game over for Canadian companies unless they take the lead with an effort.
