Ahhh! Those 'extra' shares again! Yes, it seems that they are the block to price increase and also to new 'buyers' coming in.
I just hope JF and Co. have a plan up their sleeves to take care of that issue (issue... haha pun intended). A start would be to stop 'issuing' more shares and start buying back the shares that are out there.
