Wrong. In your emotional context related to stocks, the houses are your stock, ie cel-sci business/rental homes business. Business for some is emotional. People that can be dead inside(so to speak), ie the more rational investor. Its can be
stocks or rental home in theory would do better.
Each person/businessman/investor decides how they react, rationalize or respond to each moment. Sometimes this happens without even having the knowledge of. Sometimes its learned quickly, after repeated happenings, over time or never at all... There are alot of variables, but not much difference. Making money is making money. Business is business.....
