here goes:

end of tx pcr-neg: 19 (I'll go with consensus here that perhaps there will be 1 tx-refractory strain, but as I posted earlier won't be surprised if they are perfect at end of tx mark)

svr12: 14/20 (75%)

svr: 12/20 (60%)

I'll be the lowballer here

gofish..you must feel many end-of-tx negatives who revert probably would have had low levels of virus detected by ultrasensitive assays and so negatives by taqman at 10 weeks are more likely to go on to svr..I'm banking on fact that svrs go way down for gen-1 with short (24 wks) vs long (48 wks)duration of therapy for those who are undetectable at end of tx, and that 10 weeks is just inadequate
I'll also guess there is an appreciable spread between svr 12 and 24 with such a short duration of tx, although this difference may disappear with longer treatment duration
