LOL...Most court cases are based on Lawyers' Contingency Fee! It is common knowledge. I am sure SECI's RICO case will be the same, if it ever gets to that point. I believe it will be settled. :-)

There is obviously enough potential damages money involved that Sector 10's Lawyers are happy to work for a percentage of it all after $SECI wins God only knows how many Billions.
