Trade – US exports of hydraulic and clinker cement rose to 834 million tons in 2002 from 746 million in 2001. The major suppliers of cement to the US are Canada, Thailand, China, Venezuela, and Greece. The US exports only a very small portion of cement, less than 1% of production.

Can you please see if you can find out who the principals of the company are?

I have tried to piece it together from the information I have seen at different times, and believe that:

Petar is the former CEO, and no longer has any role in the management of the company.

The current CEO is Steve Sulja.

The BOD is to be determined at some future date by the stockholders.

I don't believe we know:

What role, if any, Petar now has with the company

Who, if anyone, is now on the BOD

Who is the President, Chairman, CFO or COO

Until we know who holds these positions, and who is releasing the PR statements, this has the feel of a weird movie with a voice behind a screen directing the ignorant villagers (us) to believe in a higher power and act as we are told.

At some point the screen has to come down and reveal the god or devil it conceals.

Can you see if you can get someone to reveal to us who the principals of the company are?

Unpaid subscription so this is my last post. Thank you very much for the invite, I'm honored. This is an extremely busy time in my life. I'm moving to Oklahoma from Alaska (not by choice) in April/May. I have to sell or rent out my house. This is my first house so it's new to me. I just met the girl of my dreams and her precious 2 year old daughter. And I am taking a trip to Florida (Zephyrhills) to visit family in February.

However, I'm not going anywhere as far as the investing business goes. So, I may take you up on accompanying you and whomever else some time. I really am interested in contributing more to investors and investing. I still beleive we are the movers and the shakers that drive progress. I also think I have something to bring to the game.

Stock H.O.G.: Have you requested to the company for them to have a shareholders conference call? One where the shareholders get to ask question? That would be very good IMO
