Having the not-for-profit remain in $KOAN is bad enough, but anyone stupid enough to acquire the failed texting company as a standalone private entity will get what they deserve.
In the end Twilio wasn't interested in any format in acquiring $TXHD (now proven in fact, despite the lies being spread to entice buyers to acquire shares in the various stock dumps).
Anyone acquiring Textmunication the operating company is immediately facing a likely Chapter 11 (bankruptcy reorganization) scenario. The debt in the spun-out operating company is going to be mostly, if not totally, wiped and fresh shares issued to the post-bankruptcy secured creditors who haven't been 100% wiped.
Guess what as a nice kicker: No trading market for the texting company stock, so its going to be very hard to lay the overpriced, illiquid stock off on anyone else.
Note: doxxing is a fools game.
