$KOAN started out as a NASDAQ company in September 2007 called Firstwave Technologies, Inc. It later became Textmunication Holdings, Inc. in November 2013. As of December 2019 it became Resonate Blends Inc.
Over that time, $KOAN has moved from the NASDAQ to the OTC Pink Market, and recently back to OTCQB.
Time will tell which direction $KOAN moves in. However acquiring a not-for-profit company that's had three name changes and I don't know how many owners over the past couple of years suggests a lot of instability ahead.
$KOAN is a company that's going to be bleeding cash for some time to come.
