If that is the best they can come up with for PR's in 1 and half years of paying them this amount of money... then they should get a refund. Thinkpath does tend to overpay for everything though. Just look at the rediculous bonuses to the executives. If they want to express confidence in this company they should be buying stock on the open market. Oh but wait why would they do that when they got unlimited amount of shares to just give away??? Which reminds me, I wonder if they have come to that time yet where they can figure out what the cap on the authorized should be. They make it sound like such a big fcking deal but almost every company in the stock market has one. Cause it costs too much money to send the vote out to the shareholders? Are they serious?
