We', purchased the WMI or the WMB products that were offered on the secondary market ... preferred issues generally issuing divi's on a quarterly or semi annual basis' ... and a Company's common stock can basically do whatever it wants to' whenever it wants to', ... R/S's / F/S's / divi's issued etc. etc. ...
