Hi Az, but those ratios are the reason the original preferred’s too have COOP common shares today, right ?

releasing class 22 wamuq participant received ... common shares in WMIH Corp

Does this mean that the only compensation we can expect to receive for our releases are the few WMIH (COOP) shares distributed to us to date or is there more! I certainly hope that there is more!

The conversion of the Series A is of ZERO consequence because no one here owns them. All this rambling on about them is pointless...nobody cares! Now it's back to a bunch of vague circuitous posts that say nothing of consequence. I truly feel sorry for those who believe this crap.

~ John, Yes KKR Is Definitely Involved, And Has Now Converted It’s Last Original Series “A” ~

... Everything ... Regarding The Original WMI Releasing Participants, as well as KKR’s Holdings of ... the initial Two issues of Series “A” Preferred, as well as the “B” Series, ... Currently, ... Everything is now all in *Mr Cooper Group ... (“COOP”) ... common shares ...

To your more serious question, ... while a few of the bunnies were looking for a new hole to jump into, while others thought the ownership of a lemonade stand would give a decent ROI’, ... (LOL) ... I was sequencing the name and Cusip changes ...

... honestly, ... I’m not thrilled with the initial research conclusions ... I initially believed there were more distinct separations, however to date, in my opinion, KKR has joined itself to the original WMI Plan 7’ releasing participants ... even though KKR showed up after the fact ...

... at this point in time, I’m just not sure how the participants beyond the 2018 Cusip change will be considered ...

still working on the serious issues’

No word twisting here.....Everyone knew KKR was part of the Re-org Coop.....in addition of the possible divi's would I keep my P's(A) or cash in and covert my P's to commons and participate in the divi's.. This was good business with KKR and is expected but the idea that KKR join to the original plan 7 is hogwash....
