Like I said.. it doesn't add up mathematically, the writing and wording seems amateur, the phone numbers in comparison to the emails number aren't the same, a valid PR usually always has a disclaimer at the bottom. The dates of time of initial aquisition are in conflict and do not match. The email that circulated stated that only when the ticker sumble changes that details would be released, yet the release tonight states other wise. Why would a company who wants cash for PIPE ruin the mojo of the present run to halt everything and destroy investor confidence? A/S shares would be 100K which would pretty much leave nothing for investors to hype about because they will have no confidence in risking putting more money into a company who is perceived to have a management that lacks empathy. It is a business, is this how they want to start their public platform? Everything screams Fake PR
