This one's been undervalued and due for a move for a while now, and if their goals are panning out that could be the driver:

The Company also has an agreement with a Florida distiller and bottling company to produce their CBD, “Hemp Derived
Cannabidiol” specialty water. The Company is working on registering trademarks and the bottle labeling for the water and will soon
reveal the design and logo. The high alkaline, CBD water will be sold by its wholly owned subsidiary Aqua Pure International, Inc.,
and is expecting the final product will be for sale in January. The Company is also in the process of moving forward with the acquisition
and development of several alcoholic beverages. The company is looking to expand their Hemp Derived, non-THC Product line with
other popular products such as creams and lotions.
