Now, is Solomon willing to waste money on another S-1 if he doesn't think investors are lined up already?

In Solomon's mind investors are always lined up and everyone is willing to give him loans etc. He is the eternal optimist who lives in fantasyland.

What's with all the questions? Are you a big investor thinking about buying a significant stake? I'm asking because it happened before.

It is an interesting topic though. In the 2013 S-1 they were trying to sell stock for $10 and negotiating with ECAB at the same time. For how much did they sell stock to ECAB? Right, $10 (with a 25% discount). They could have gotten better terms had the company agreed in 2013 instead of 2014. So it is pretty much in line.

What's the value of the stock in the 2019 S-1? I think it is close to $2 or $3 if I'm not mistaken. Maybe not the right way to look at it, but still. They could do a big deal for $2. Perhaps sell 50% of the company for $100M. Yes, it can be done. Control alone should be worth $50M. And if CA is sitting on a big contract abroad then $100M for 50% is a real bargain.

Something like that COULD be up. Getting back to your question. Would they "waste" $500k on a fake S-1 so they can create an illusion? You bet ya. Solomon is a very shrewd businessman. IMO.
