Don't remember if this was on the Co. page last night when I found all this, but the 3rd of 3 entries for KYN has "Dissolved January 7, 2020". (Formed 12-18-19)
I only clicked on the top entry, because it had the Good Standing, as the status.
Anyway, looks like when the Board caught wind of this, the Co. Incorp. was canceled.
Glad it's a multi-person board running this, instead of one Cowboy.
