Except companies take bad bank loans all the time. "Companies with value" thats subjective...thats whats makes the market unique... your opinion and my opinion of value differ... hence why you dont make money and I do. Why my EV and RGs are way higher in OTC than Big boards... If OTC is so bad and detrimental to society.. why is it still active? Why does the SEC allow a sham platform? Tell that real value to Pier 1 and Monster I guess?
