Correct, a majority of the shares (unknown # until deals are official) for the acquisitions will be Restricted for a year. Essentially we are going to have an enormous rise in Revenues with the share Float remaining relatively unchanged until Q1/Q2 of 2020 when the restrictions are lifted. This is why I believe the share price will have a parabolic trajectory, primarily in the last two quarters of 2020.
