This is a very solid move by the company and looking forward to shareholder letter!

I am pleased to announce that Spectacular Solar will be reducing its A/S from 750 million shares to 450 million shares. A shareholder letter will be out by Feb. 1

That confirms the fact that the common shares are not needed to raise Capital in any way, huge positive IMHO, when people catch onto this stock, we are going to be in a positive Green holding
