OTCmarkets has no official power. They are more or less a pay for play site. Only the SEC can halt/delist/unregister a stock.

Delinquent SEC Reporting

They are almost 20 months behind in their SEC obligations.

They either become SEC current or file a form 15 and pay the OTC after submitting financial updates to become Pink Current.

You are correct and I believe they will catch this up so they do not become delisted even from the OTC
