Alot of variables come in to play for that but for now you look at a ticker with 425m OS and a $0.003 PPS = $1.2m valuation. The ticker has no debt, toxics or conversions to hold it back and then you have the valuation of what the new company is. From what I see (and more DD that will be shared tonight I am sure) the company is worth way more than that.
