Not to get into semantics, but a comment such as "working over the weekend to complete the fins" may have been misleading {considering our expectations}; however, it may not have been a lie. There's a lot that we don't know about the lead up to April 1. Hopefully, we'll learn more soon.
They were not blatant lies. "Working over the weekend" is not a lie. Something changed his mind about releasing the audited financials at the last minute. He said they were waiting for some sort of documentation. In any event, it's time people get over it and just wait for things to unfold.
