It's been a minute since I've been on this website. Been trying to figure out what happened with Primix myself. I assigned my patent to the company with the understanding that the Mitsubishi's investment would set the manufacturing up. I was required to step down as CEO as well.
Primix Corporation 1998 was essentially "sold", "closed", I'm still trying to figure it out. But the pmxx you see today , was established in 2001. Primix Corporation IS NOT Primix Corp.
I believe that's Fraudulent Concealment
They failed in their Fiduciary Responsibility ... if the stockholders didn't know that.
I will personally lead a Class Action Lawsuit.... but I'm going to have to find the other stockholders.
