Since your post references my post I'd like to make a couple comments. The CEO of Arrayit Corporation is Rene Schena. Rene happens to be a woman, so your comment about the CEO implicating himself is incorrect. Second, although the April 1, 2019 Tweets may have been misleading, I'm not sure they were blatant lies. And finally, what securities law did "he" violate that would warrant jail time? By no means am I condoning Arrayit's actions last April, but I do think there is more to the story.
