" with all these REVENUES coming together ".......

RJ...............

What revenues? Sure, there may be some from Stockli and Liskar but the mag will have little. Eastern stations are off the air and I don't think the Summus Centers are bringing in much, as there ain't none.

Sure, if Dan closed all the existing Loi's there might be a healthy amount of revenue but wheres he going to get the money.

Banks frown on companies that don't pay their taxes. They also don't seem to like guys who have their name on the defendant line of multiple law suits. Someone said to pull your certs to fight the naked shorters. I hope you pulled yours because when this is over, Dan will be the sole owner of Skiers Shop, and you will be the proud owner of a ton of Summus toilet paper.

With the exception of Lisker Stocklie and N'east, Dan has done nothing but chance the company name and reduce a bloated A/S by 20 %. I'm not sure what the float was at that time but it sure is a lot higher now.
Distributors work on volume and based of sales figures I've seen Pr'd, the profit would produce a nice income for a one or two man agency with releated lines. The magazine I'm only guessing on. I'm sure I read a few posters said they got it at B+N. Now it's not there. When a magazine doesn't sell enough issues in a store.....they don't re-order new issues. Display space goes to mags that sell. As for the last two.....A/S reduction and the name change......That looks good in a pr. Dan had to lose the PRRM name to brush away the Asstrom history. It gave him a chance to start clean....so to speak. It also helped him dump billions of shares.

IMHO, when all is said and done here, the ones who hold the prefered shares will own whats left, and some will own a life time supply of .0001 TP.

For you....I hope I'm wrong.

Best of luck
