I wonder what the former registered agent of the Named Defendant VALLEY INCEPTION knew for them to resign 5 months prior to the summary judgement phase? The one requested by the defense and then lost and then they got caught lying?

Not because SECI doesn't have a case. To go against huge corporations, could mean the end of your career as a lawyer, especially if you don't win decisively. In the interim, any number of threats, could easily deter.
