Good Sunday to you AZ. Your analysis (opinion) is very interesting so I have couple of questions for you if I may.

I see these could be consider as unpaid interests so cash is a typical payout, 1) could you see a converted COOP shares payout with the accumulated amount through those years?

2) how about paying the principal? $24 B is still on the radar screen.

Yes already very helpful everything, but when approximately? March, June, October, December 2020? :)

What about the dividend of last Quarter 2019, when would it normally be paid and now that the BK is closed?

Excuse my penetrating curiosity after so many years.
Only a payment, even if only a first small payment, would be the most important proof that they will really paid fairly and equitably, even to us small shareholders.

And thank you very much for your effort, which I appreciate very much and I know that this is only your personal opinion.

Hello AZCowboy, wouldn't the outstanding dividend of the last quarter of 2019 be due now in January after the BK is closed?

Thanky you in advanced for your opinion.

Good afternoon AZ,
First and foremost, thank you, for all of what you do. I really appreciate it. I have a question regarding the dividend distribution because to my understanding the Preferred Shares were Non-Cumulative. When they removed the cap on the Par Value and allowed Equity Classes to participate in Plan 7, did they reinstate the past Dividend? Is that information in Plan 7? Also, you may have answered this question already but why was there no mention of a distribution to Class 19, when the Classes before and after received a distribution? Is there a possibility Class 19 will get there distribution later, by the end of 1st Quarter? Thank you for taking the time out of your day to answer my questions, I truly appreciate it you.

Hi AZCowboy,

please allow me to ask after almost a month of this calculation of yours. The possibility of an additional dividend payment of about .40 $ per share of Commons sounds very good, but in the meantime can you estimate an approximate time for the payment?

Many greetings from Germany.

So AZ,
your response to K-1 and XOOM states the U dividend per share of $.40 per share multiplied by the current 31 quarters outstanding.

Are you of the opinion (as some here) that this will represent the entire U series payout, or do you have the belief that their could be a "price per share" as well?

Thanks AZ for all the lessons on DD you provide.

Hi, AZ Cowboy, how are you?
How do you see the chance of the dividend payment for now 32 quarters?
Still dependent on the SEC filing?

Many greetings from Germany and stay healthy!

Dear AZCowboy,
here is another repost on your great personal DD from January 12 in 2020. This was really a very nice and hopeful information, like many others and I know that it is only your personal and professional opinion and you are not to blame if it unfortunately should not occur so.

I can not understand the hostility towards you. It is so obvious that it is not your fault if it does not happen.

Of course, like many of your friends here, I hope that you are right and wish us all the best.

Keep up the good work, stay healthy and have a great Christmas with your loved ones.

Many greetings from Germany

thanks you for your very valued opinion and that you do so much work here for all of us.

But to come back to my original question, you still estimate about 40 cents/share per quarter?
For how many quarters until today?

The Reits must actually have paid by the end of the year, otherwise they have to pay tax on it themselves, right?

Dear AZcowboy, it has been a long time since your last "NapkinMathematics". Sorry if this question may have been asked more than once, but I am unfortunately one of the less competent shareholders and therefore love your simple explanations. Your explanations have at least given hope in the past and helped get through the long period. How do you see today the chance of an early realization of your calculations at that time?
I thank you in advance for your efforts, wish you a happy Easter and stay healthy.

Hello Azcowboy, was big posting day yesterday for you. Unfortunately it was not enough for an answer to my question from April 17 2022 (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=168568785)? Now that the LT is done, the trusts should actually resume regular dividend payments, shouldn't they?
