Well as I said in my earlier post the recent increase in the Authorised Share count but the fact that the float has not updated since 27 February last year shows that they are NOT diluting.
So there’s some other reason that the Authorised share count was raised so high.
Also as I mentioned earlier FINRA insists that the AS share count is increased to cover the value of the whole deal of any reverse merger/ acquisition.
Let’s remember that the share price was much lower on 03 January than it is now even with Friday’s drop.
