~ XOOM, Hey Buddy', It's Been A Long Road "Right" ? ~
... "Where has all this money been accumulating ?" ...
where ?, I don't know' ... but by who ? ... well' that's a different question' ...
... again, WMI the holding company filed for BK, has reorganized, and has now' had its BK's "Closed" ...
... Each of WMI's "segregated" financial producers, had its own management and trustee', ... and Judge Walrath DID NOT allow for any of the WMI direct or indirect subs to be allowed to also file, so the debtor WAS NOT ABLE TO', ALSO' join them for procedural purposes' (that was part of the original plan that failed, thanks to Judge Walrath) ... it was the 1st burn by Judge Walrath to the debtors, done back in October 2008' ... more "burns" came later of course' ...
... So, I don't know exactly where or what institution the indivual sub accounts are, but I do know that the individual subs and their Trustees were always kept separate' ... and the returns produced for WMI' would have always needed to be accounted for' ...
