~ UPDATED; Hello K-1, That ? Is An Interesting Cusip Assignment ~

... That is the original WMI common share cusip number ... (CUSIP 939322103) ... I find this very, very, interesting' ...

First', ... In My Opinion', due to the FACT that WMI' the Holding Company, filed for BK and has now reorganized, ... yes In My Opinion, those SEC Filing released dividend returns I posted were generated by the Corporate Structure, Not By The WMI Holding Company Parent', ... and would not have stopped, they would have continued to accumulate until the bankruptcy's were ... "Closed" ... so yes, those dividend numbers were from the SEC', ... .55 for a common, .36 for a K, and $19.16 something for a P, "R" series' ...

... ? BUT' ? ...

the *Mr Cooper Group is only a 144(a) (a US Domestic Only) ... Not a Multi-National as was Washington Mutual Inc', ... so I Find your Cusip Number assigned Tracking Markers to an original WMI Common Share, very interesting' ... as WMI "WMIH" IS', the Present tense parent Corp' ...

... If You Would Do Me A Favor', ... ? ... please notify me when you are in reciept of your DEE Class 22 distribution' ... I'm curious about that upcoming event' ... your counts should be the same as the rest of us' ...

... For Some Reason ?, ... you were not converted in the original Corporate Action' ... do not be concerned', ... there is always a reason' ... If you released in proper fashion, and If your Markers Show', ... you'll be fine ... I'm just not sure why they did not convert' ...

WMI Common Share = .55 per quarter ...

WMI Preferred “P” Share = $19.16 per series “R” ... quarterly’, (an important distinction) ...

WMI Preferred “K” Share = .36 per depository share ... quarterly’, ...

Now times the 31 quarters since the reorganization, Plus original base producing value, Plus Interest assignments, etc. etc. etc ...
