My guess is we are working on a big non toxic loan that will put this in A+ condition but can’t confirm with who and when. I’m sure Gary G. (CEO) is working hard at getting us the best most lucrative deal on the table. Maybe that’s why the Q is late.... The story will all come together very soon imo.
