Take a look at Hague and Brammah’s background. Both worked with Howmedica which was a part of Pfizer and the was bought out by Stryker. Brammah’s name has only recently showed up as a 5% owner of UNEQ so something is brewing between the two. Backgrounds at Pfizer and Stryker huge imo.

16% ownership of UNEQ. That’s a big chunk of shares. It would not surprise me if others closely associated with the company hold just under the notifiable interest threshold of 5% so that they don’t have to declare their holdings.
