49.9% Institutional ownership is huge. It really wouldn’t surprise me if they have accumulated more in this period.

After all they’ve probably signed mutual non disclosure agreements with the company and know what is coming.

So 49% Institutional Ownership, 16% (minimum) insider ownership means of the 148,578,888 outstanding shares, 94,626,272 are held by either institutions or insiders - minimum which might have increased in recent days?

So that leaves a float of just over 53m shares according to the numbers on OTC Markets.
