Here’s what I really like about this company. They’ve obviously been quietly planning this for some time so instead of putting out a PR announcing the news then stating that the next thing they would do would be to get current, they went current first.
Often times, those companies then find huge problems with completing the filings. I’m thinking as an example ZM*RK and all those Custodian plays. There’s a spike then nothing happens for several months afterwards and investors loose interest and take money out to play other things.
Meanwhile the share price steadily drifts downwards.
That’s not going to happen here.
So the filings are already completely up to date. That’s also a very big deal as to who can buy the stock. A lot of smaller brokers (actually these days increasingly the bigger ones as well) will only let trade OTC stocks that are Current on OTC Markets.
So by going current first they’ve increased the range of investors who CAN buy the stock.
Most importantly, I’m getting a very good feeling after reading the board tonight that this is going to go full steam ahead very quickly.
