Yeah I kinda suspected this when the attorney for Dimes spoke and said we were happy with our 85%.

How would that even be possible?

If APR, P's NEED FACE, before common gets 1 cent.
If 75/25, It COULD happen, but it means common won't get much either.
The way I read it, Dimes were the ones who got the 85% of full value.
