That Hempinc can’t get out of or settle stock fraud charges after 3 1/2 years?

Most publicly traded companies take care of charges ASAP in order to protect shareholders investment.
Not Bruce, he drags it out, can’t find paperwork, etc . Shareholders be damned, this is Perlowins ATM.
